Im very concerned with cooking meat in a slow cooker , the food sits in all the fat and if you are cooking more in there it distributes the fat through out the rest of the food as well?

The vegetable curry is one of my family's favorite recipes. And my family includes an 11 year old and a 3 year old, so that's pretty impressive! We make it vegan for a friend of mine, and she loves it too.

I love a chicken tortilla soup made in the slow cooker. I'll probably try one of the pork recipes next. Love the way this method makes meals taste so much better.
