I'm not diabetic, but I want to work towards preventing my risk towards becoming a type 2 diabetic, along with getting my weight back down, and towards preparing things for friends and relatives who do have type 1 or type 2 diabetes so using these guidelines have benefits. Report
thanks. Can you adapt some of these recipes for one, or two. people. Many of these leave too much left overs and my great Dane and Boxer are getting fat. Report

I guess I'm a snob about fresh fish. Who would ever think of putting halibut in a stew? Geez. Halibut is a sweet, delicate fish. Stewing it comes close to sacrilege. Report
