I'm a BIG salad eater, mostly lettuces, occasionally spinach, sometimes swiss chard from the garden (usually 3/4 C minimum, every day) and sometimes I do just lemon juice or vinegar or mustard watered down to dress it, mostly store bought. It's been on my to-do list to make some dressings, and the ranch low cals is a revelation, even though it's not my fave, but my fam likes it a lot. Will definitely make several, some that will keep longer (no dairy/juice). Actually that gives me an idea, We have some apple cider to use up, & I haven't been having any (cuz calories; drink herbal teas instead) but maybe an apple cider with apple cider vinegar & herbs & a bit of oil. Also gonna do another just acv & oil to taste test. Report
