It seems odd that I find it so difficult to stick to a 10-minute stretching plan when stretching time doesn't even require that I end up in the shower afterwards. I think my failure to stick to stretching shows me that I am actually way behind on my spiritual development. I have an emotional response to stretching that makes me feel impatient. Everytime I start, I cop the attitude that I am wasting precious time better devoted to high activity. I apparently have a long way to go before I develop the ability to meditate without using long distance running as a trick for doing so.
I'd say that this 10 minutes can be counted in the 3000 points since it is an individual challenge rather than a team challenge; thus we won't be double-dipping for team points. Double-dipping would be to count team miles for a walk/run and then use that same walk/run to count for team exercise points.
