I would scramble 4 or 5 egg whites and have them with a cup of steamed spinach mixed with 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes. I would add a bit of lemon juice and some grated parmesan to season. A piece of whole wheat toast topped with 1/4 avocado, either sliced or mashed along with a piece of fruit.

1 slice toasted grain bread (no butter) topped with 1 thin slice deli ham, 1 egg cooked with minimal oil, and 1/2 oz shredded sharp cheddar. One banana, one apple or one orange.
