I would scramble 4 or 5 egg whites and have them with a cup of steamed spinach mixed with 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes. I would add a bit of lemon juice and some grated parmesan to season. A piece of whole wheat toast topped with 1/4 avocado, either sliced or mashed along with a piece of fruit.
