Depends upon what your goals are. I routinely plan my meals and exercise weekly. Sparkpeople has wonderful articles to help guide you on your way to meet whatever goals you have set. Please take advantage of all this site has to offer. It has worked for me time and time again.

I just started my a diet and daily routine exercises. Despite, I set my daily exercise routine, i am not satisfied what i am doing, so i really want hear from you, what should i do as a daily routine exercise. Many thanks.
