I normally buy the fillets as they have been bones removed. all salmon will have bones you are supposed to remove them before cooking if you look on youtube there is a video shows you how to do it

I bought several pieces of fresh Salmon and baked it. It had so many bones and I became frustrated picking them off, I ended up eating only the side dishes! I ended up throwing it away because my family said it was to bony and refused to eat it..is it normal for salmon to be this bony? I normally don't buy it and think i'll never buy it again!
