Mistake...! I actually weighed myself today...following the Holiday extras. It will be part of my weekly average, but not a happy part--LOL!

The good news is I know I was careful to eat my veggies and good protein...and pretty much regular meal times so I wasn't starved when facing delightful treats. But it is a good thing that "2 or 3 Days does not a Journey make." hope you enjoyed your Christmas,

New Motivation: I scheduled a doctor appt for Jan 7th to discuss my knees! Since I know losing weight is a #1 factor...and...I'm embarrassed that I'm not yet down where I was or want to be.... I know this will give me some accountability during the coming Holiday season! WE CAN DO THIS!!

I need to get back to using the nutritional tracker. The FL weather needs to warm up so I can get to the pool too.. NetFlix seriously needs some new movies too.

OK... having had a cold so little exercise, having started to make Christmas goodies, and having allowed myself "lack of discipline"...am I surprised my midweek weight is up? Total honesty: No, not really. A phrase was in a conversation on a different website/topic today: "I accept the risks and consequences..." Yep, no way around that!! But... I ALSO accept that I'm the one who can change those consequences!! And, I'm back to a better place today ;)
