Yes. Walked 76 feet on crutches with Aide. Used shower & dressing time for stretching & chair exercises with warm water helping muscles move more comfortably and efficiently. Total of 45 minutes of movement.

Yes, 14 minutes arm exercises with Occupational Therapist.
Leg exercises and I walked 76 feet on crutches with Physical Therapist.
Total 51 minutes
