Sorry I've been MIA. I've been without a computer for a week, aargh! And I can tell because without Sparkpeople and the message boards to help motivate me, I am up three 4 lbs. It's crazy. But hopefully I will have computer access again on Monday and things will be back on track. Way to go Tops2kopsville on your loss.

TOPS2KOPSVILLE those are good goals and I too am ready to work this blubber off.

My goals for the first 10 are as follows:

Walk 3 days a week 2 1/2 miles DVD workout on other two days and get in some strength training

Eat in calorie range (journal and track food and exercise)

Drink water

SW 187.2

Good morning.....

I woke up and did my abdominal workout. Will get my cardio and strength training in later today.

Hope to see others join this challenge. I think if I get enough people, I'll create a team.

Just 10 challenge

The purpose of this challenge is to focus on 10lbs at a time. There is no begin date or end date. We just post our starting weight and motivate each other and keep each other accountable on our journey to our first 10, then our 2nd, 3rd and so on until we reach our goal.


We will end each post in this format:

2nd 10
