A little positive news to report. The unexplained pound I gained this week went away as mysteriously as it appeared. So now I am down almost to the weight I was at the beginning of the month. There is still hope I might squeeze out a little loss.

I don't know that I will ever be a runner but I'm trying to do more running and less walking on the treadmill.

I just want to add that you all are so inspiring. Some of the lbs lost are incredible and my hat is off to all those here that have worked very hard to change their diet and exercise programs.

Working on jogging for 30 minutes straight @ 4.5 mph, currently at 20 minutes. Let see what today brings.

Did 60 min. on the treadmill, I think I'm going to stick to that for now. My knees and shoulder is still hurting. I might have to go get them checked out if the pain doesn't go away soon.

Super sunny today, I just hope it warms up with it!

It's hard to stay positive when I keep gaining weight this year. I've gained almost 2 pounds in the last 6 days. I know that I have not been perfect, but this last few months of re-gaining isn't making sense. I think my thyroid must be partly responsible, but I can't figure out what to do about it.

stressed and frustrated are not a good combo to lose weight, and it's showing.
Hope it can all be over soon.
I was able to do Jillian's kickbox fastfix #1 and 2 back to back this morning. And planned walk at lunch with Turbo.

Felt the effects of training just a bit too much this week so I had to be coach and do some light lifts. It's all good.

Stayed in all my ranges yesterday and exercised, I've just done 15 minute upper body workout but I've been up since 5am with my teething daughter so I gave up at that point, I cant stop yawning!

Hoping for a small loss for weigh in tomorrow, or at least to have maintained, that would be an improvement on the last few weigh ins...

Just checked my goals on Spark and my first official one was 145 by next Wednesday (my birthday) failed already (unless I don't eat until then which, lets face it is never going to happen, I love food..I've just had a sneaky corner of banana bread! I'll never lose weight at this rate!)

Did lower body workout and 60 minutes on the treadmill. My knees were not happy at all. I'll have to find workouts not involving squats and lunges. It is just to painful to do those.

Does anyone know if the DDP Yoga is any good? Please let me know

Good morning everyone!

This week wasn't a bad week until I realized that I over did it at lunch yesterday... pizza.... buffet. Yikes. I knew I was in for it today.

Starting Weight - 218.2.
Current Weight on 3/5/14 - 222.4

Goal Weight for March is 5 pounds down, so that would be 213.2.

I realized that 2 of the gain is because TOM is coming next week & that's how my body reacts. The other 2 pounds is probably the pizza. So, today after work, I'm going to the gym & doing my running training. Good thing is that Lents starts today & this will give me a reason to freshen up my menu with Fridays & no meat. Bad thing is that my hubby is picky, so it will be a challenge.

I have to be at goal to attend their wedding. They are having it on a Caribbean Island.

03/01/2014 = 98 Lbs. to go

Magicmargold congratulations on meeting your first goal. Today I did a random weight workout. Need to get motivated and design a free weight routine that covers all the body parts. I liked what the scales had to say this morning 1/2 lb down. Let's hope it is real!

morning, just did a kick fit workout, sooo tired now but Im sure I read somewhere that working out in the morning makes you burn calories throughout the day.. I might have imagined that actually but nevermind.

Stuck in waiting for a delivery today, hopefully it wont be too late in the afternoon but knowing my luck, it will be 6.45pm.

Roll on Fridays weigh in, really hoping for a loss, I could do with a bit of motivation! Going to update my measurements as well eugh.

Going to force my water down today, I'm such a rubbish drinker, I've only been getting about half of what I should. by the end of the day, this 2 litre bottle will be empty!

Yesterday I did upper body workouts, shoulder still hurting, Jillian was to much for my body right now. Hopefully everything gets better. I also did 60 minutes on the treadmill.

Scale slightly up today. I am sure it's from the PIzza Sunday night and being at school all day yesterday with not my usual water intake for 7 hours. Time to flush today.

Still going here, did 15 mins cardio this morning, going to create a strength workout later in spark fitness tracker and set that for 3 or 4 times a week.
Might have a look at the spark cardio videos aswell, I'm really struggling with Lo's separation anxiety at the moment, she cries even if I turn my back to her! on the plus side, the arm I normally hold her with must be getting a good workout....

Going to hold off weighing until Friday if I can!

I would like to join you this month in losing 5lbs. I really need to lose 2 lbs/week but in reality I have never been able to do that except when I was on my liquid diet after my WLS so 5 lbs it is.

I don't think I can do the Jillian body revolution, my knees hurt so much ever since I started. Maybe when I lose more weight I will try again. I can barely go up and down the stairs! So now I think I'll do spark videos, something low impact, and the treadmill.

I did a mixed up routine today. Little treadmill, little speed bag, little universal gym and a little free weights. Mondays are not my favorite day... emoticon

~ ~ ~ Pounds To Go To Reach Goal ~ ~ ~

Now that I have reached the point where I can honestly say that I no longer have to lose 100 pounds and more to reach my final long term goal emoticon
I've decided to inspire myself with a count down.

I do not weigh 99 pounds! That is the remaining poundage that needs come off to reach goal and be at a good weight for my age, height and frame.

Sensibly. One pound at a time.

So, here goes! Let the March challenge begin. emoticon

well I've managed to drop the extra weight ive been holding onto, was 151.6 yesterday and I'm 149.6 today so

SW - 149.6
GW - 146 - this will be the lightest I've been in my adult life!

I'm feeling motivated today, new month, its St Davids day today (Patron saint of Wales, - I'm Welsh..if you don't know, google traditional welsh costume and see the horror of the outfits we had to wear in school on st davids day haha)
