I am doubtful that PiYo is a good fit for me, having tried it once before and not liked it. But I am going to give it another chance. Even if I give it up after only a week or two -- it will make a good break / change of pace from my other DVD's for a while. It's still exercise -- and mixing things up a bit should be a good thing.

It's the mid-point of the month and I am at the mid-point in minutes. That's not bad considering that I have been fighting a head cold all month.

Today I finished the 6-week Jessica Smith program (though it took me more like 8 weeks as I took a few extra rest days). I don't know what DVD's I'll do next -- but I need a break from Jessica!

3/3/17 = Only 10 minutes today. I've been battling a bad cold all week -- and when I started exercising today, I started coughing and just couldn't continue. So I stopped.

This is rare for me. I like to get off to a good start each month. But this cold has really gotten me down this week. But I have no plans to go out this weekend and hope to log in some exercise -- even if I can do it only a few minutes at a time.

In this challenge, we simply track our fitness minutes. Set your own goal as to how many minutes you wish to work out in March (2017) and keep us posted as to how you are doing. The following format is recommended - but not required. Whatever works for you is fine here.

goal / # of minutes today / # of minutes remaining to reach goal

I'm going to set my official goal at a modest 600 minutes -- which is my usual goal. That's equal to 30 minutes per session, 5 days per week for 4 weeks. With March having 31 days, I should be able to meet it. Last month, I fell short by 5 minutes when I got sick at the end of the month.
