I am not familiar with cooking with these noodles although I'm sure I've had them at a Thai restaurant. I have tried the shirataki noodles which are OK. Honestly, I prefer either spaghetti squash or making my own zucchini noodles. They are not hard to do and have more flavor and nutrients. Let us know how it works and share your recipe.

I found a new (for me) product that I would like to try. Mung bean vermicelli and chicken without sugar and flour. I have a few Chinese seasonings and sauces. I would probably ass broccoli to the recipe. Any ideas? emoticon
