Hi, I'm new here. I joined because I need motivation to eat right and exercise. I saw the Challenges offered but I wanted to get some input on which challenge would be right for me. I want a short term goal, about 30 days, and pretty much need to be told what to do - a shopping list for food, what to eat, when to eat it, different types of exercise on each day, etc. Maybe even like a chart that I can check off each thing on each day. I sort of need someone or something to answer to, you know? Anyway, any suggestions are appreciated! THANKS!
