Hello everyone. Well I decided to join this seeing I'm not alone with late night eating. Well it's 8:30 and I just ate supper. That needs to stop. I even got up in the middle of the night and ate a few grapes. I did count them.

I'm right there with you! I've been having a really hard time lately because I've been down with back problems and the late night snacking is getting out of control and not doing me any favors!

IM looking for a" smart snacking " buddy to help stay accountable , to eat healthier snacks. sometimes I sabotage all the hard work I do during the day , because of my unhealthy late evening snacking. help please

I try not to eat after 8. Really prefer to not eat after 6 but sometimes I slip up on my meals and don't eat on time.

I had been doing so well. Sundays are always most difficult for me and I was doing such a good job. Then I ate a cookie after 8 because I was hungry. Then I ate a marshmallow and cashews and some chocolates and some milk and some candy, all after 8. This is why I try to prevent myself from eating after 8. I lose all self control when I'm tired. *sigh* Well, today is a new day and I am getting back on track.

I was at a church youth activity last night and helped serve root beer floats about 8pm. I accidentally dropped 2 drops of vanilla ice cream on the counter and, without thinking about it, wiped them up and licked them off my finger. I am NOT counting it! emoticon
