Your best bet is probably to put them on a rack over a pan (or just a regular pan) and heat them in the oven (or toaster oven) at 375-400 degrees till they are crispy and heated through. Use a lower temperature if they are thicker, higher if thin. --Heather

I dipped turkey cutlets into seasoned flour and pan fried them yesterday. Now I have 3 cutlets in my fridge for meals over the week. What's the best way to reheat them so the coating doesn't get all soggy?
