The new challenge for 2019 will run in two parts this year. The first challenge runs from Jan 4, 2019-Mar 29, 2019. The second challenge runs from Apr 5, 2019-Jun 28, 2019.
The Challenge consist of losing 20 pounds in six months or lose 10 pounds in three months, you decide.
By using Sparkpeople in this challenge, you are to keep accountable by doing weekly weigh-ins, food and workout tracking, having positive support and visiting daily sparkpeople to track your information.
