Pumpkin seeds are especially high in protein, low in calories and fat. Sunflower seeds have protein & almonds are particularly high in protein. Nuts are an excellent source of gas-free protein, as well as chicken, turkey, beans, peas, fish, cottage cheese, and peanut butter, parm cheese

They have a nutty flavor and a touch of pumpkin's sweetness. They are high in phosphorous and are a good source of magnesium and zinc, iron and copper. 1 Ounce has 8 Grams of protein making them a smart snack or salad addition. Pepitas are already shelled, some Walmart and target stores carry them

Barley has good protein. It may aid in weight control too. Protein in our diet can come from two different sources: plant based and animal based. A turkey sandwich with low fat cheese, tomato and lettuce can be an excellent lunch or lean chicken is a great choice, but opt for it grilled or baked instead of fried.

Fage 0% plain Yogurt....just add berries to sweeten, cottage cheese, flaxseeds, chia seeds
and I always keep Always keep "All Whites" egg whites because they have protein and are fluffy when scrambled with veggies.

A pork loin chop has protein, so does beef jerky, pistachios, lamb, lentils, lobster, crab and tuna too.
