    Thank you! If I'm not feeling motivated, I think about how another day I'll have to do extra to reach my goal and how I know I won't feel like doing extra and thus won't meet my goal and thus be racked with guilt...so I decide to just do it and get it over with. lol Not a good attitude to have, but oh well! On days that I don't feel like it or don't feel so great, I just do something like walk on the treadmill at a relatively fast pace with the incline cranked up all the way. I don't mind that too much.
    Right now, though, I'm at a plateau and know I have to change something up, so that alone motivates me.

    Thanks, Amy! And I know that 2-3 isn't THAT bad...I just read an article about how your body chemically reacts to the sweetener, blah blah...and got a little paranoid! You know how it is. But that's a good rule of thumb...a cup of water for every diet pop.
