Now is the time to become my best possible self!!!! It is time that I finally start valuing myself enough to take good care of myself so that I may live my best possible life

I am really focusing on myself this year - physically, mentally and emotionally. I am ready to make the changes needed to become my best possible self! Both on the inside and outside.

By the end of the year I expect myself to GLOW with self confidence and have a fierce sense of accomplishment and respect for my body and mind. I have mistreated my body and my soul for far too long. I need to take the best possible care of myself, so that I am vibrant and healthy enough to make my dreams become a reality and to take care of the people I love.

I know that this process begins with the mind body connection. Yoga is helping me get there.

I fully understand that change starts when you believe that you deserve to take care of yourself. It all starts with self love and self acceptance.

My goals is to get down to a healthy 123 lbs. To become comfortable in my own skin and honor my needs by assimulated a holistic lifestyle that supports and nutures me.

5 lbs - a CD DONE

10 lbs- manicure DONE

15 lbs – a facial DONE

20 lbs - Purchase a mixed song CD that I create

25 lbs: new shoes

30 lbs: a massage

35 lbs – purchase some sexy lingerie

40 lbs- get a laser hair removal treatment

45 lbs - get a facial (research getting a professional budiour photography shoot )

50 lbs – get highlights in hair

55 lbs- purchase a pretty new belly dance outfit

Minus 60 lbs – purchase fantastic bathing suit of my choice for a girls weekend getaway

GOAL Weight: Teeth whitening

**Evaluate whether or not you want to get skinnier. Be honest with yourself, the goal is looking sexy not looking anorexic**
