My Goals:
I have only 1 goal at the moment...
I'm want to initially lose 104 lbs...hopefully by 07/01/2020 (1 year)
Accomplishing this goal would put me right at 199 lbs.

HOWEVER..I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't want to lose the weight TOO fast (say what????)
I want to allow myself enough time to firm up my fatty area's (upper arms & tummy/core) so that I can hopefully prevent major saggy loose hanging skin. I want to tighten and firm as I go along.

After I accomplishing this goal...who knows?

Eating LESS crap...
My own little low-carb thing, with a once-a-month YOLO Day.
It's a little clean, a little dirty, and YES! even a little naughty at times....
but it's working for ME!
