Hi girl! I am the slowest loser ever. Everyone can eat more than I do so I usually have to get quite radical to lose any weight. I had 4 surgeries in a week and a half and didn't feel up to dieting and I gained several pounds. Try as I might I have not been able to lose. My experiment (I usually gain on 1200 calories) is to give my body a break from my usual diet regiment and still not lose too much control by eating only 1200 calories and making the calories healthy ones. Check my page and look at my team Alternate-Day-Diet, Friends of Dr Johnson to see what I normally do. My theory is that your body has built in safety measures to keep you alive and when you diet, you lose for awhile and then your body gets wise and thinks you will never get more than that amount of food so it adjusts and keeps you at that weight. I am fooling my body by changing my routine. The same applies to exercise. This is my experiment that I'm doing and I lost one lb. To you that may not seem very much but I usually gain on 1200 calories. 4188 days ago
