31y/o Army wife with a whole lot of weight to get rid of. I have finally reached the point in my life where I am "ready" to make the commitment to lose the weight for good. I am aware it's going to take at least a couple years, and I will hit plateaus at different stages during my journey. But I have all the support I need from DH aka "he hubs". I am ready to resume my life, start shedding the pounds, going back to school eventually.. or should I say "finally".. and most important of all, I want to be around for many many more Anniversaries (12 so far) and be there when my kids get married and just overall be healthier. I don't want another back surgery, but I am putting so much pressure from the extra weight its getting complicated on many levels.. as far as pain goes, and I'm pre-diabetic, actually I have a whole "bucket list" worth of illnesses that could potentially be fixed, or reduced when I lose this weight.
I am participating in BLC16 with the Red Hots Team! 8 wks, I have my goals, and the team itself is very supportive and helpful.

My Goals:
Long-term: 2+ years to shed 150lbs.

Short-term: to make small changes this week, and try to get a sleep schedule going.


My Program:
I am not a fitness or nutritionist, I am going to start with small goals I can achieve and keep myself motivated.. keep the ultimate reward on sight at all times.

Proud Army Wife
31y/o USAF vet, married my soulmate 12 years ago. We have 2 pre-teens. I have reached the point where I realized if I want to be in their lives long, I need to take care of myself, lose the weight, and hopefully most medical issues will get better if not resolved completely.
