    Hi,

Thanks for joining me in the 'Keep the Mojo Going' challenge. I am off to Amsterdam tomorrow, but will start my challenge on Sunday. I will at least meet one of my goals this way - doing something fun. My room mate from University, way back when lives in Amsterdam. I am sure we can come up with a lot of fun to do there.

But, I will also keep my first goal in mind. Eat healthy and track my food to stay in my calorie allowance for the day.

    Have a great weekend!

wishing you a fantastic virtual race! Start out slow is the right idea to warm up properly. I walked at a gentle pace for 8 minutes to warm up. At the halfpoint mark I rewarded myself with a chocolate bar I have packed for energy and as motivation to keep going.

I wish I could just get a part time job, but with our finances right now, I have to work 40 hours a week at $10 per hour to equal what we bring in in government help. It'll be better in the long run to run myself ragged while the kids are in school and take lots of naps. Fortunately my husband does let me sleep in on the weekends now, so I'm sure he will when I am working. I'll get used to the new schedule when it happens.

    Thanks for your comment! emoticon
