My Program:
 I limit my calories to 1,200 - 1,500 per day.




Personal Information:
I live in So. California with my husband and our wonderful dog, Jack.

Other Information:
 I enjoy 80's music and 80's movies. I LOVE reality shows like The Biggest Loser, Top Chef, Project Runway, HGTV, Real Housewives and the news ( News is reality TV!)

I am also a crossword puzzle fanatic! I love them!
