My Focus Will Be on Self Care in 2021.
I want to work on taking GOOD care of ME in 2021. This will entail:
~ Working out consistently
~Being more active, throughout the day.
~Meditating at least 4X weekly.
~Eating more Freggies.
~Consistently drinking at least 8 glasses of water, preferably more.
~ Stretching at least 4X a week. You'll feel better!
~ Take up journaling.
~ Getting in at least 10K steps Daily.
~ Focus more on the POSITIVE...
