For the past 5 years I have been a yo yo dieter! I have had ENOUGH!!!! I don't like the way I look or feel.

That's what I like about this site. After reading some of the other profiles and seeing their progress I feel like I stand a chance at really accomplishing my goal of loosing 40lbs.

I have two small kids (9yr old girl and a 2yr old boy) I also work full time. My husband is extremely supportive of me trying to lose weight and I feel that now is the perfect time to do so. I have my 15 year class reunion summer of 2010 and I want to look good.

The last time I really felt good about myself was right before I met my husband 6 1/2 years ago. I was at Myrtle Beach and I remember looking in the mirror and thinking "You go Girl". Over the years I have stopped looking into the mirror. I don't even own a full length mirror. I think I've had small little wake up calls for the last two years. But my braking point was just the other day when I put on a sports bra and some shorts and had my daughter take pictures of me. Side, Back and Front. OMG what a reality check. I'm glad I have the pictures as a reminder of what I don't want to be.

I know I can do this. Stay on me SparkPeople!!! I'm going to need it.

Play with my children outdoors


My Program:
Track my food with SP.
ST 3X week
Cardio 3X week
If at all possible I would love to walk around the neighborhood if weaither permits!



Personal Information:
My name is Allison and I have two adorable children and a wonderful husband. Right now I work full time while going to school part time. I realy would love to one day run a 1/2 marathon or complete a dualthon!

I am an entertainment junkie! I love Hollywood gossip.

I absolutely love photography!

    Come on girlie it is time to wake Candyland back up! I just posted a challenge for July and I hope you can participate. All you have to do is track your workouts daily. We need to get back to encouraging and motivating each other. That was our key to success and I know we can get that back if we are all committed.
