Introduction Text Relay For Life was a great experience that always reminds me of why it is just so important to appreciate the little things in life. There will always be obstacles in front of us. Some we pick up and keep with us way too long, others we nurture and try to make them into something better, and then there are some that are so big that we just stand there in awe and just don't know where to begin. On this path to becoming healthy, I have made some dents and now I am ready to just conquer all together. While there are still some hurdles, I can now see where I am going and know that I can do it and that the rewards will be numerous.

Weight loss goals: 160-163 = Jan 155-160 = Feb 150-155 = Mar 145-150 = Apr 140-145 = May 135-140 = Jun Don't know what my final number is ... will have to look for it. Reward : being healthy feeling better having fun looking good new clothes Godiva Dark Chocolate Truffle...hmmm spa day ..

Eating between 1400-1500 calories a day minimum of 210 minutes of cardio every week. 60 minutes of strength training.
