I'm back on the Spark Wagon....For the past two years, I've not been consistent with eating habits or exercising. I had sprained my ankle, which prohibited me from exercising for about 6 to 8 months. I was finally able to walk regularly & was doing fine until I decided I wanted to jog again. I started to incorporate jogging slowly, but apparently not slow enough, as I tore numerous tendons in my foot. Ugh!!! Weight loss just isn't happening for me.

I have been obese since I was 5 years old. I'm to the point of total frustration which is why I applied for and thankfully got accepted into the Gastric Bypass program. I'm now on my second month of healthy eating & exercising, for insurance purposes & program instructions, to prove I can stick to a healthy eating plan. I meet the surgeon on December 9th to hopefully get things rolling along.

My hope with this tool is that I will finally lose the weight and keep it off. I know this isn't going to be easy, but I just can't seem to get to a healthy weight on my own. For once in my life, I'd just like to feel healthy, buy normal clothes, and have more energy. I'm totally ready to do this!!!

Taking this one day at a time since slow & steady is the healthiest.
