I have been overweight most of life. Been on many diets, took weight off and put it back on. I was previously on Spark People and lost weight, but I gave up. I can't stand looking at myself anymore and most of my clothes are getting too tight to fit me. I recently turned 50 and it is time to do something before something happens. I need motivation to keep on track and I look forward to making friends on Spark People once again.

I returned to Spark on 3/23/15 after my doctor put me back on insulin. My current weight is 245 and my goal weight is 150.

My Goals:
I have a large amount of weight to lose. Hopefully I will be successful by losing this weight slowly.

1/20/10 - 4 months

Have lost 35 pounds -
90 pounds to lost in 2011!.

My Program:
I am keeping track of my calories. I will walk when I am able. It is very difficult now, due to my physical problems. My walking program is on hold now due to the fact that I have been diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in my left knee. The MRI showed that I do not have a stress fracture. My knee replacement surgery is this Friday, March 25, 2011.
