I feel guilty about yesterday but I'm doing okay so far today. It was just a minor setback. I've got cardio and weight training scheduled for tonight. time to get back on track.

Today was a bad day. As far as staying on point with nutrition and fitness. I was out of town and played some golf with a few buddies of mine. I took the day off from cardio/strength training and made bad choices with what I ate. I started with a good breakfast but halfway through the round we stopped in the clubhouse not much in there but chips and candy bars. On the way back home from that I stopped in a fast food place. Later that night had some pizza that I didn't need. I didn't intend for it to be an all day cheat but that's what it became.

I'm not gonna beat myself up too bad. I haven't done that in a long time. But at the same time I don't want to get too comfortable with doing that. I do feel a little guilty and I need to feel guilty about it. I don't want it to be okay.

On a positive note I played better than I've played in a long time. It was good to reconnect with some old friends that I don't get to see very often. I'm just gonna pick up where I left of, get back on track, and start fresh tomorrow.

Wow, you are really racking up the fitness minutes! Congrats!

You are your wife are extremely strong people. I can't imagine having to go about my daily life without my husband, so my heart goes out to you. And for her to join the Army, well, she's a better person than I. Tell her, your Spark Friends are very thankful for her service to her country and to be careful above all.

I'm so grateful to have you for a member of the Razorback Fan team. I look forward in seeing great accomplishments from you in your journey!

Thanks for the blog comment! Poor old guy, he definitely doesn't have a filter, nor does he remember me every day! Lol. Anyway, I'm using it as motivation to keep on this path and get healthier! Good luck to you on your journey as well!
    Thanks again,
