Love the Life You Live; LIVE the LIFE you LOVE!
I'm a new mom to a teen boy and my life has pretty much been consumed with all that entails. I'm noticing my wisdom high-lights are growing in nicely and I'm starting to have more days with a backache than without. I've not really had success with any long-term lifestyle changes in the past but I'm not giving up. I have all the more reason to figure it out so I can be a good example to my kiddo!

My Goals:
I'd like to start with losing 100 pounds by the end of this year.
My Program:
I'm not doing anything fancy. I'm just trying to be mindful of what I eat and increase my activity level. I'm working to stay within the calorie guidelines recommended by the site. I'd like to track my food for a couple of weeks before I start to focus on adding the fitness portion.
Personal Information:
You know that quote... Fall seven times, get up 8!?! Well..... I think this might be the 8th time getting up on this journey but I'm still here!
Other Information:
Things I am all about: Faith, Family, Adoption, Elvis, Frozen Yogurt, Naps, Nature, Game Nights, Sarcasm, Pumpkins, Peanuts (Charlie Brown & Snoopy) lol, support, celebrations, traditions, art, Ms. Piggy, music, cuddling with my doggies.... there's a lot more but that's the short list!
