    welcome to 50 to 99 lbs to lose. I'm also a member of Challenged by Arthritis. I am also a member of Living with Diabetes. So if you want to join that one its a good one. You need to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help all those things. It cuts down on arthritic pain, gives more mobility, lowers HBP, Lowers blood sugar and you also need to exercise 3 times a week for 30 min. at least. you can do 3 10 min. a day if you like. Try to work up to more time if you can once you get used to it. Challenge yourself. Both things lower the sugar count, HBP, and gives mobility to arthritis. It also lowers cholesterol. Wouldn't it be nice to be off pills. Hope
