I have OVER 175 POUNDS to get rid of so I can be a healthy weight! My "Weight Loss Tracker" will show my goals in 10-pound increments. Once I achieve a goal, I will go for the next 10 pounds to keep my goal "reachable".

My scale moves slow, so I focus on both inches AND pounds... sometimes I will see a difference in one even when I don't on the other. My ultimate goal is to be 1/2 the weight I am now (ending up somewhere in the 150's) and a waist size that isn't obese!

***January 2013 UPDATE: I had to take a break from here while I searched for a doctor that could help with my health issues. I finally found a Bio-Identical Hormone Specialist that has helped me get on the right balance of medication for my thyroid. Now that I have my hormones on track, I can focus on my weight-loss journey. It's good to be back!!!

    Thanks for noticing my 80 pounds lost. It's been a journey, but one I'm glad to have taken. I still have about another 120 pounds to lose, but I know now that I can get there and I hope to make it there by the end of this year. I know that's a big goal, but I'm losing an average of 3-4 pounds per week, so I should be able to do it. Thank you for the encouragement. It means so much!!! Lauri
