Introduction Text My name is jamie and i am a 49. I have put off getting healthy for far to long. I have made numerous attempts but my excuses take over and I do not make the changes required to actually change. With 50 coming in a year or so it's time. Time to commit to me and a healthy way of life. My why is staring me in the face. If I want to thrive instead of just survive I have to make myself a priority. Starting with cleaning up my diet and walking.

BODY: To have a healthy, muscular, slendar, well toned body. CLOTHES: To be able to ware anything i want and purchase close from any store i enter. FOOD: To see my new way of choosig food as a lifestyle not a diet. 1 To get at least 6 hours of sleep a night. 2. To make healthy food choices. 3. To get in 30 minutes of movement 5 days a week. 4. To dring water as much as i can. 5. To stay positive 6. To surround myself with people in real life and here that have or have reached the same goals as me.
