Introduction Text I have battled weight issues all my life. I have discovered in the last few years that I enjoy working out but I do need some motivation sometimes. I have a great support system through my Sparkpeople friends and I know this time I will succeed :)

My goals are to be healthy and fit enough to play/run with my kids and not get worn out.A bonus of getting fit is getting my blood pressure under control and getting off my meds. I also want to get back into my size 9 clothes ;)
