    Boring + interesting quote of the day..."Decreased all-cause and cardiovascular mortality rates have been observed with as little as 30-59 min/wk of jogging." That's only an average of 5-10 minutes per day! While I would not prescribe this amount of exercise for most people, it's clear that there are benefits when you get off the couch for even short periods.
