Every CHOICE is important !
My goal.. "To choose the better option every time!"
I do like "QUOTES"
"Never make someone a priority in your life who makes you an option in theirs"
"Failure to exercise, frequent snacking and poor dietary choices are the common reasons for weight loss failure after gastric sleeve. " - remove the last three (3) words
"It is easier to do a Job Right than to explain why you didn't.”- Martin Van Buren

My over active elbow consistently conveyed too much food, too often, to my mouth. (still working to over come that disability!?!)

My Goals:
To accept God's love, to let myself believe God truly does love me unconditionally. To make my learning a new better-for-me life-style a top priority in every moment of my life. Rather than a sometimes affair.
My Program:
I am in the process of learning "NEW" Healthy habits with the goal of their becoming my "Normal" Living habits. It may take the rest of my life to get my body to its healthiest weight. I prefer slow loss to my new forever weight as I grow the habits to support my healthier weight..
Personal Information:
I just LOVE old movies (40's and 50's especially) "Random Harvest" "Mr. Chips" "Pride and Prejudice" "Singin in the Rain" AND how about the music!! BIg Band (Glenn Miller, the Dorseys) the singers: Frankie Laine, Perry Como, Billy Eckstine
Other Information:
I am an American with ancestors from other countries and ancestors who fought in the Revolutionary War (and other wars since). I live in the Northeast in one of the New England states, New Hampshire. I live in an old body (with a young soul), am retired, a widow, & have 3 middle-aged children(?).
on 3/15/15 I started to update this.. the update disappeared. thus I took that as a sign I should leave well enough alone.
12/30/2016 I have two living (50+ yo) children. my daughter died November 9, 2015 sudden death by brain aneurysm. family will probably never truly recover from the loss... and I think of Todd Fisher losing his sister and mother on the 27th & 28th of this month. he does still have 2 half-sisters, so not quite all alone.

Bob and I are moving everything ourselves so if anything goes missing it'll be because I didn't pack it, load it in the car, or U-Haul.
