Introduction Text I like the idea of finding the "old" person I used to be, while finding a new better version me. UPDATE (1/3/18): After getting within a couple pounds of my goal weight (and loving being a size 2!), I plateaued for bummer reasons (some out of my control and some not)... and then regained about 25 lbs. I am a survivor of childhood abuse. I am not a victim and I carry no shame for what was done to me. I am a survivor of depression. I am not a victim and I will not let that define me. I believe God has given me the chance to use those two experiences to reach out to others. I will without hesitancy reach out and pull up. To be happier and more hopeful, I know I must exercise daily and eat well.

1. Exercise 6x/week. 2. Dress to feel beautiful each day. 3. Drink 64 oz. water/day. 4. Don't eat after 7pm. 5. Read scriptures every day.

I am happier and more hopeful when I exercise daily and eat well.
