I'm Ready to Smile
I want to be happy with myself. I want to be dependent on myself. I want to get over my obsession with my weight and that darn number. I am noturious for saying "Tomorrow" but I believe SparkPeople.com has the tools I need to make this a great journey instead of a tortourous jail.

My Goals:
Weight: 130lbs
To run a 5k this fall.
To increase my self esteem.
My Program:
I am on a program of consistency.
I am trying to wake up early on my fitness days to work out before work. I go on a 30 minute walk every day. I also try to do a excersie video when I'm bored so I stay motivated not to eat and ruin my calories.
I'm also trying to incorperate more fruits and vegetables into my diet and use them as snacks instead of other, empty calorie, foods.

I stay at home and help my mom out with my little brother while I go through emotional treatment to reach my ultimate goal of being a Computer Systems Engineer.
I have a history of eating disorder and depression. I am concurring these hardships and SparkPeople is by far, the best tool I have found.
