I am starting over and trying something new. I decided to try Sparkpeople again after spending the last 2 years on Weight Watchers and Myfitnesspal. Weight Watchers did work, but I simply can't afford it and it didn't provide as much positive support as I currently need. Myfitnesspal has failed me as there are not a lot of positive motivation. I am really hoping that the tools here help me and I find a few good buddies to keep me on track and motivate me.

I'd like to get down to a normal weight. Actually, I'm not as concerned with weight as I am BMI. I'd like to get out of the "Obese" category.
My Program:
Currently, I am trying to lower my overall calorie count, increase my exercise and increase my weight training. I work with a personal trainer and my exercise goals are on track, but I struggle with tracking my food and eating the appropriate diet to lose the weight, or fat really.
