    I have set goals of things that I really want and I have stuck to them. They are listed on the right side of my spark page if you want to check them out. My sisters and close friends are helping to keep me accountable.

    I also remember my ultimate goal and how I want to look and that has been enough to resist the bagels and donuts at work. I still struggle with snacking at home, but when I remember my goals and rewards it makes it a lot easier.

    I hope my advice helps!! Believe in yourself!

    I do full out push ups but the program definitely encourages each individual to do whichever push up they feel most comfortable with.

    Good Morning. My 100 day challenge is just a personal challenge. I was having a lot of trouble getting back on track. I wanted to push myself for a set time. 100 days. I am pushing to get in as much fitness as I can in those 100 days. And eating as well as I can. I am also running. I want to see if I'm ready to run another half marathon, or possibly a marathon at the end of the 100 days.
