    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Winter challenge.     Seems as if SparkPeople thinks sere a good match when I went looking to add a friend you were one who popped up, I have lost 112lbs but still have a ways to go. Also even once I'm "there" I am terrified I won't stay "there" as I've lost before and regained. I am hoping this time for my arthritic knees that it's for the rest of my life as I've got a nine year old grandson to help raise. Well if you want someone to give you any help or just to talk to let me know I've lost weight before, I'm kind of a pro at it, even if you always can't tell looking at me. I also have my husband's nephew who is a personal trainer.
