Hi, hows the challenge at your gym? What is the challenge about?
I'm getting back to tracking this week, I slacked off while I was dealing with some stress at home and work, I didn't gain but I didn't lose. So back to tracking it is! I have new family photos scheduled for 11/2 and want to be 160 by then, so I need to get in gear!!

Hey Andrea, don't feel to bad about that ice cream cake, cake happens! And you're right, stay clean and you can do this. The important part is making sustainable changes, so sometimes birthday cake is gonna happen, you just don't let that de-rail you into a weeks and months of crappy eating, just accept it as part of your normal life and focus on the healthy eating the rest of the time! you got this!! 2717 days ago

Phew! It has been quite a few years! I am still struggling with the extra few pounds ... and I have found myself going full throttle at the gym for weeks at a time...then slacking off...then nom nom nomming on things that should only be eaten in moderation. It is much harder for me this time, you'd think that being at the beach I'd be more motivated to get into and STAY in my bikinis. Oh well.
You vacation in CAHRALLAH!!! That's north of where I am but yes our sister company handles rentals, I shall send you their info.
