Introduction Text I am on a journey to be the best me I can be. I am not setting unrealistic goals for myself and I doubt I will ever be what socioty deems is "skinny". This journey for me is not about weightloss, it is about being healhty. For now in order for me to be healhty I HAVE to lose weight but that is just the begining. I am out to be the best me in all aspects of my life. I joined Spark in July 08 and for a year was heavily involved. I love a bit over 100lbs but lost myself in the process. Im back and have gained some of my weight back, but in the process regained myself. Im here for all the right reasons this time and it is REALLY working for me this time. I work a lot (About 55 hours a week) plus volunteer a couple days a week as well. It keeps me busy but in the best sort of way. I'm almost 30 and I feel better about my life than I have in years! God is so good to me!

Lose 80lbs by tirp to Kenya (12-28-10) Get back into all my cute 18's (right now in 22s)

Cut Fried foods Cut Soda Cut Fast food Drink 8-12 glasses of water a day Do some form of excersise everyday. Remove negative aspects form my life.
