I am making 2017 my year!!
I lost weight in 2012 using SP, but I put the majority of it back on. I'm a busy wife and mom and I am a full-time oncology infusion nurse. My goal is to lose about at least 25 lbs, but would really like to lose 35-40. I'm excited to get back to this.
Here are some of my 2017 goals:
1. Lose at least 25 lbs (I'm being realistic, I hope!!)
2. Strengthen my back (work hazard)
3. I want to run my first 5k this summer
4. I want to start scrapbooking again ...
