In answer to your comment on your blog, I too feel that there are parts of the plan that he felt he had to put in, like the 8 glasses of "positive" water or to make his plan different enough to sell books, like no fruit past 2pm. There's no science to back up either of his rules and not all of us follow them. I'm counting my green tea towards my water count and I've eaten fruit in the evening numerous times and lost 10lbs. in cycle 1. Thanks for the comment on my blog Lee! Thankfully I have come to realize that what I weigh is the least important thing to me. More importantly the way I feel, the way my clothes fit, my endurance and strength, and body fat percentage are indicators for me, as well as motivating factors. I am pretty consistently under on my protien, so I definitely need to take your advice on eating more lean meats! Thanks! 3618 days ago
