More About Me: I am a mother of three children ages 9, 7, and 4, and married to the love of my life of 12 years. In our spare time we are working on the continuous project of remodeling our home. I enjoy cooking & baking (tweaking recipes to make them healthier, especially!) and event planning.

Our family loves the outdoors and loves the beach. Vacationing is our passion, although at this time we only get to travel about once per year! We also love camping, skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, kayaking, and basically anything outside!

    For sure ill keep updated with you! i also find it SO hard to maintain a lower weight. guess its just the way i was built. i really hope to get past this 133;bs though.

    i dont think ill lose any weight this week because ive introduced carbs back into my diet. its great because i have more energy and i get fuller but i seem to put on weight with carbs.

    do you find that you lose wight even with carbs?

    and dont worry youll get those 2 back off just keep active!
