More About Me: I am a mother of three children ages 9, 7, and 4, and married to the love of my life of 12 years. In our spare time we are working on the continuous project of remodeling our home. I enjoy cooking & baking (tweaking recipes to make them healthier, especially!) and event planning.

Our family loves the outdoors and loves the beach. Vacationing is our passion, although at this time we only get to travel about once per year! We also love camping, skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, kayaking, and basically anything outside!

We are a plant-based family. We don't exclude any specific foods or food groups. We don't follow fad diets, drink shakes, use wraps, or take pills. Desserts & alcohol are included in moderation. All foods fit!
