Introduction Text I have a one year old son, and a 4 year old daughter. I stay at home but am also a working musician (which is high stress at times, and requires travel). I'm feeling strong about the changes that Spark People has helped me make so far, and I understand that for every "bad" day, I'm having more than twice as many "good" days. Thank you, Spark People, for giving me the tools to keep my body and life beautiful.

First of all, I'm a high energy person, and need to be healthy. I also want to look good because I'm a performer. My goal is to maintain my weight, eat right, and lower my stress level.

I need to keep on the right track and take good care of myself. My goal is to lower my stress, keep in shape and enjoy life!
